Wal-Mart worker arrested

A man who worked at the Seneca Wal-Mart has been arrested and charged with taking about $5 thousand in cash from the store. Oconee Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Kenneth Dewayne McElreath on Tuesday on the charge of breach of trust with fraudulent intent. Sheriff’s reports identified the 38-year old McElreath as a former assistant Wal-Mart manager who was managing the end of the shift when the money turned up missing between March 1 and July 3.
