Walhalla alleges exploitation of vulnerable adult

The Walhalla police are alleging a case of exploitation of a vulnerable adult. Alerted yesterday by the DSS, the police arrested and charged a 37-year old woman with the offense of abuse/failure to report abuse, neglect or exploitation of a vulnerable adult. Lt. Paul Harris identified the woman arrested as Glenda Gail Goss of Tribble Street and Goss’s mother as the victim. As part of the police investigation, an infant was placed into protective custody.
