Walhalla student visited Germany

As a Rotary Club exchange student, Walhalla High senior Lauren Long spent part of her summer in Germany.   Yesterday, on the eve of the start of her senior year in high school, Lauren gave her host club, the Walhalla Rotary Club, a report on her adventure.  Although much schooling remains ahead for her, Lauren has an eventual goal in the field of politics.  One day she’d like to aspire to become state superintendent of education in South Carolina and is influenced by the path taken by the current state superintendent, Molly Spearman.
