Wear jeans and your finest jewelry!

Dress up fancy in jeans or whatever and women wear your finest “diamond” jewelry.  That’s the hook for the public to come out for a big Saturday night social occasion in Oconee County for a good cause.  The organization “Ripple of One” that tries to reduce reliance on government assistance by working with one client at a time will hold its major fundraiser 6 o’clock Saturday night at the Lighthouse Restaurant on Lake Keowee.  There will be a dinner and silent auction, a cash bar, an address by former Congressman Gresham Barrett, and a dance band.  Tickets are $45 dollars.
