Weekend Drug Arrests

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office arrested six individuals and seized a variety of drugs during routine road patrol operations over the weekend.  A quantity of prescription drugs and around 67 grams of marijuana were seized between early Saturday morning and Monday morning. Those arrested include 48 year old Raymond Clay, Jr of Seneca. He’s charged with simple possession of marijuana. He also had two outstanding warrants. James Michael McAllister, 43, of Toccoa, Ga was arrested and charged with distribution of methamphetamine and violation of the county drug paraphernalia ordinance. Also arrested was 29 year old William Franklin Marcengill of Westminster.  He’s charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Eric MacKenzie Richardson, 29, of Seneca was arrested and charged with public disorderly conduct and simple possession of marijuana. Officers also arrested 35 year old Jessica Stanley Arnett of Starr. She’s charged with simple possession of marijuana, 4 charges of possession of controlled substances, and distribution of methamphetamine. Joey William Woodall, 36 of Six Mile was also arrested and charged with public disorderly conduct and possession of of methamphetamine.
