West-Oak student finds niche in theatre

A junior at West-Oak High School has overcome a hearing loss by finding a niche in a class that teaches drama and theatre.  Oconee public schools are spotlighting Payton Rigdon, who is hard of hearing.  After learning that Payton had taken part in plays at his church, West-Oak faculty members encouraged him to sign up for Drama 1.  Drama has become his favorite class.  And, now, Payton Rigdon, who once wanted to design video games, would like to be an actor.
