West Union policeman resigns

November 19, 2013

A West Union policeman is resigning effective the latter part of the month. Trey Federici’s resignation will leave the small Oconee town with one officer only, Police Chief Mike Eppes. Mayor Linda Oliver says it’s her understanding Federici is leaving for personal reasons. He had been a West Union policeman since June and, according to a source, had recently completed his training at the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy
