Westminster announces parade grand marshal
A 29-year businesswoman will act as grand marshal for this year’s Christmas parade in Westminster. The honor goes to Ernestine Addis of Walhalla, owner of La Donna Beauty Salon in Westminster. The board of the chamber of commerce considers Addis to represent the ideals of a small business owner. This year’s parade in Westminster will be 6 o’clock Thursday evening, December 3.
