Westminster awards contracts

In his final days as city administrator, Jeff Lord is tidying up the business of Westminster.  And that includes new sidewalks and new electric transformers.  At the city administrator’s recommendation, the council last night awarded contracts for nine sidewalks.  According to Lord, Westminster has been approved for a grant from the county’s state “C” Fund Committee.  A Columbia company will get the job to replace electric power transformers.
