A 34-year old man has been arrested and charged in the investigation of a burglary in late January at a home on the Doctor John’s Road. County law enforcement records show Bradford Harrison Noel of S. Hampton Street, Westminster charged with burglary and larceny January 29 at the Dr. John’s Road home. Stolen in the burglary was medication, including pain pills belonging to a woman with cancer.
