Westminster to mark 142 years!

Music will ring in a Westminster achievement next week when the city that draws its name from a town in England will observe its 142nd anniversary.  A birthday party for the city will take place 5:30 to 7 pm Friday, March 17 at the Westminster Music Center.  Refreshments will be served.
