WGOG Releases 2013 High School Football Broadcast Schedule
WGOG Radio on Thursday released its 2013 High School Football Broadcast Schedule, which features regular season match-ups from August 30 through November 1. Jimmy Watt, now serving as Public Information Officer with the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office, will provide play-by-play. Watt will be joined in the booth by WGOG morning host Kris Butts. This will mark Watt’s 12th season describing the action to WGOG listeners, and his 11th season with Butts as his broadcast partner. Tony Medlin will be heard following each week’s game with the “High School Football Scoreboard Show” with scores from the around the Palmetto State and phone calls from area fans.
