“Wild dogs” roam Walhalla

izer gun was zeroing-in on a pack of wild dogs believed to be hiding in a wooded area on the grounds of the former Avondale Manufacturing Company plant. Police Chief Ronald Wilbanks says as many as five dogs, as part of a pack, have been roaming Main Street and other sections of Walhalla for about one year—creating nuisance by knocking over trash cans. The police have had a few reports of the dogs acting aggressively at times.
