William Frank Harris

William Frank Harris, 76, of 201 Delphi Drive, Seneca died Friday at his home.  He was the husband of Kathleen Batchelor Harris.  The funeral will be 4 pm Wednesday at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel.  The family receives friends from 3-4 pm, prior to the service, at Davenport Funeral Home.  Flowers accepted.  Memorials may be made to Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundnation, 230 E.
