Seneca – Willie Jean “Kelley” Hightower, 77, of 140 Tokeena Road, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at Seneca Health and Rehab.

A memorial service will be held 2 pm, Saturday, February 21, 2015 from the Chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home.
