WorkLink gets a new executive in charge

The organization that strives to connect companies and employers in the tri-counties has a new official in charge. Doug Allen, a former personnel director for a major manufacturer, has been named executive director of WorkLink Workforce Investment Board, serving Oconee, Anderson and Pickens counties.
