Westminster – Wyly Glass Certain, 71, husband of Janice P. Bramlett Certain, passed away Wednesday, July 02, 2014 at his residence.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm, Saturday, July 5, 2014 at Sandifer Funeral Home.

No formal services will be held.

The family is at their respective homes.
