Seneca, SC— Zane “Red” Velton Garrett, 87, husband of Frances Sanders Garrett, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at GHS Cottingham Hospice House. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Friday, April 29, 2016, at Oconee Memorial Park.
