Zoning change sought to allow new Seneca homes
Nearly 20 acres in Seneca, some of which fronts Lake Keowee, is the subject of a request for a zoning change. The property address is N. Debra Street and Inlet Drive, but city planner Jason Streetman says some of it is lakefront. An application from a Greenville County company to change the zoning from planned unit development to residential-6 goes before the Seneca Planning Commission at 6 o’clock Monday night, April 18 at City Hall. Those interested in the re-zoning request are welcome to attend and take part in the hearing.
