Zoning hearings tonight

January 21, 2014

Zoning changes are at the forefront of public hearings tonight in Seneca and Westminster. At Seneca City Hall, David Thompson and James Montague go before the planning commission to request a neighborhood commercial zone for 923 and 924 E. Main Street. Those properties are now zoned R-6. The hearing begins at 6 o’clock. As part of their regular January meeting, Westminster City Council will hold public hearings on two requested changes to the city zoning ordinance. The hearings involve a rezoning request on Crooked Street and at the corner of Bryson Street and Pumphouse Road. The city council meeting begins at 5:30 at the Depot.
