Zoning Seneca Rail Site

A zoning classification to cover property where Oconee County and the city of Seneca are developing an industrial park is up for consideration during a meeting tonight at the county administrative complex in Walhalla. The county Planning Commission will take up the Seneca Rail Site as part of its 6 o’clock meeting tonight in county council chambers. The property is currently zoned control-free. Zoning administrator Josh Stephens says there’s other business, as well, tonight including a review of the county comprehensive plan.
