Accident blocks part of SC 28

A car accident around 5:30 this morning left part of SC 28 blocked on the approach to Walhalla and West Union from Seneca.  Police, fire, and EMS are among the public safety responders to the Walhalla-bound lanes in front of the West Union McDonald’s.
