Airing tonight for Seneca’s new budgets

IMGOver the next 12 months, Seneca projects in excess of $45 million will come to and from the city. And tonight at City Hall the Seneca’s various budgets get an airing out for a public hearing. Tax and rate increases are figured in the proposed budgets. The hearing begins at 6 o’clock, and everyone is invited. According to Joel Seavey, city financial officer, the hearing is to be followed by a special city council meeting for final approval of the budgets to be implemented in time for the year of government which begins Monday, July 1.
