Arrest alleges Seneca kidnapping

A 35-year old man from the Pickens County town of Central has been arrested in Seneca on the charge of kidnapping.  The Seneca police placed Michael Andre Fruster into custody during the midnight hour Sunday outside a By-Pass 123 night spot.  The arrest warrant, issued by the Seneca municipal judge, alleges Fruster “did unlawfully seize, confine, kidnap or abduct the victim.”  An affidavit attached to the arrest warrant identifies the victim as a 38-year old woman.  The police began to investigate as the result of a text message, claiming that the woman had been forced into a car.
