Arrest made in sex crime investigation

A 53-year old man has been arrested in Seneca in an investigation that started with a claim by a 13-year old girl that she had been touched inappropriately and shown pornographic movies.  The police announced the arrest of Stephen Anthony Taylor of E. Crescent Drive, charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor third degree and disseminating obscene material to a minor.  According to Chief John Covington, investigators  searched a home and seized electronic devices that will be forensically analyzed.
