The members of Westminster City Council will gather this week at city hall, but they won’t be voting on any city business.  The council members are being asked to assemble Thursday for a photo shoot — the purpose of which is for new photographs to update the city website.

Oconee Sheriff’s Office has called off a missing person alert for a Fair Play teenager.  A sheriff’s captain is reporting that Amarylis Rodriguez, reported missing over the weekend, has been located and is safe.
