The public has an invitation to offer ideas or thoughts for Oconee Public Library’s next three-year strategic plan.  A 12-question survey is available on the OCPL website, oconeelibrary.org.  For those without reliable internet, printed copies are available at each library location.  The survey is open until Thursday, June 15.

Fire burned a home during the night in Utica.  Fire fighters were called during the midnight hour and stayed on scene on Ames Street four hours.  No injuries reported. Chief Caudill of the Seneca Fire Department says heavy damage occurred and the cause of the fire is undetermined.  Red Cross is assisting the residents.
