Council on board for new recreation park

The new, six-member city council in Westminster is on board to develop Hall Street property into a large recreation complex.  Mayor Ramey said, after receiving a recommendation last night from Steve Grogan, who chairs the project planning committee, the council was unanimous to accept a conceptual design and to direct its administrator to move forward with the process.
