Boil water advisory

Clemson water customers in four sections of the city are affected by a boil water advisory issued this morning by the city.  Until otherwise notified by the city. residents of Hill Pine Court, Berkeley Court, Evergreen, and Berkeley Drive between Evergreen and Hill Pine Court located in the City of Clemson should vigorously boil their water for at least one (1) full minute prior to drinking or cooking. Any ice made from water which has not been boiled should not be used for drinking purposes.  The advisory is issued as a precaution only due to a water line repair caused by a break on Berkeley Dr and Berkeley Ct.  Clemson will collect water samples throughout this area and test results should be completed by 12:00pm, Tuesday. February 2, and posted to the City of Clemson’s webpage.
