Burglary defendant heads to trial
In the Oconee General Sessions Court, a jury has been selected to hear evidence in the Jonathan Allen Finney trial. Arrested and charged with burglary first degree and petty larceny in 2013, Finney is being represented by Assistant Public Defender Danny Day. Deputy Solicitor David Wagner is serving as the trial prosecutor.
