Cafe employing students closes for rest of year

The Considerate Café, at the Hamilton Career Center near Seneca, is closing for the rest of this school year to allow for construction and a re-vamp of the campus. But the restaurant, which served the public in addition to the school population, vows to be back for the 2013-14 year, with a grand re-opening the first week in October. According to the Career Center, the café enjoyed an exceptional year this year, employing more than 30 students from the transition department. While at work, students get to master daily skills, including managing money and learning to be successful members of society.
