Seneca – Carlos Richard Barnett, 89, of 129 Northwood Drive Apt. B, passed away Friday, February 14, 2014 at Seneca Health and Rehab.

A memorial service will be held 3 pm, Sunday, February 16, 2014 from the Chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends following the service.
