New date for appeal hearing

There’s a new date for a hearing on a Fair Play business’s request for a special exception to the Oconee County zoning law. The hearing involving Yoder’s Building Supply was originally announced for January 14. A former state trooper who lives in Westminster received a sentence that sends him to federal prison for 68 months.
