Cell tower business for the BZA

The members of the quasi-judicial Oconee County Board of Zoning Appeals gather this month in Walhalla to hear cell tower matters. Josh Stephens, county zoning administrator, announces two hearings the night of Thursday, October 24 in County Council Chambers at Walhalla. One will be a special exception request to allow a tower on Stamp Creek Landing Road. The other, an appeal by the owner of tower pole apparatus involving property on Whetstone Drive, Mountain Rest. The evening meeting will begin at 6 o’clock.
