Certificates approved in Seneca!

A regulatory board in Seneca has said yes to a couple of improvement projects. The Board of Architectural Review approved certificates of appropriateness for last night’s two applicants. One of them involved the home of 410 S. Depot Street home of city planner Tamy Sanford. The other is 125 Ramcat Alley, an application by Raymond and Donnie Billngsley.
