Clemson advisory lifted

The utilities department for the City of Clemson repealed the boil water advisory for residents of Monaco Estates.  Residents there no longer need to vigorously boil their water prior to drinking or cooking.  Water samples from the water line repair were analyzed and, according to the city’s announcement late Friday afternoon, were  found to be safe.  If you have any questions concerning this advisory repeal, you may contact the City of Clemson Utilities Department at 864-653-2046 or the Police Department at 864-624-2000 after normal business hours.
