Clemson seeks a Cuban partnership

The new era of communication and collaboration between the U-S and Cuba is underway, and researchers at Clemson University wants to be in on the first wave. Clemson scientists and faculty went to Havana to talk about a possible partnership.  The Clemson group met with Cuban experts, public officials and university faculty.  They explored the effects of the U-S trade embargo.  Clemson faculty are making plans to return to Cuba to work with educators, planners, architects and archeologists to study and launch a pilot project.
