He stands accused of taking 18 iPhones, worth nearly $11 thousand dollars, from the Seneca Wal-Mart. According to investigators, Waymyers spoke to an employee in the electronics department late in the evening of March 14th, 2013 about iPhones.  He then allegedly went behind the counter in electronics after midnight March 15th and pried the locked box open and took the phones.
