Congressman’s misgivings about US-Cuba relations

Congressman Jeff Duncan is speaking today about the misgiving he has about the new relationship between Cuba and the U-S.  The Third District Republican fears the Obama administration’s new policy creates additional national security vulnerabilities for the U-S.  In a prepared statement from Washington, Duncan said, “Although the Obama administration has given many benefits to the Castro regime since December, in return the new Cuba policy has  failed to extract any noteworthy, sustained concessions on democracy, human rights, or justice for the nearly 6,000 American claimants whose property was stolen by the Castro regime.”
