Corbeil seeks, second 4-year term

The Oconee County councilman serving District One wants to make it a second, four-year term in the 2014 elections. Paul Corbeil today announced his intent to seek re-election. Corbeil has been serving since August 2009. The Keowee Key resident expresses his desire to move the county forward. And, in a prepared statement, he said this, “Together, Council, staff, our many partners and the public have made important strides. Our confidence and support of our Administrator has enabled him to build a strong, efficient service team that respects your tax dollars. With the public’s input, we’ve also identified and addressed important investments for the future in jobs, education, public safety and numerous important quality of life areas.”
