CU student arrested

Campus police at Clemson have arrested a 19-year old sophomore on charges related to the unauthorized use of a credit card number. The police charged Jasper Hill III of Lawrenceville, Georgia on Thursday with felony transaction card theft and misdemeanor financial transaction card fraud value of $500 or less during a period of six months. According to a university announcement, the arrest warrant alleges Hill made deposits in his university account using a credit card number belonging to someone who visited his roommate.
