Westminster – Dawn Propes Whitlaw, 84, widow of the late James Leandrew Whitlaw, 340 Match Play Lane, passed away August 23, 2016 at the Cottingham Hospice House. A memorial service will be held 2 pm, Wednesday, August 24, 2016 from the Chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 1-2 prior at the funeral home.
