Double homicide near Westminster

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a double homicide near Westminster.  Police were called to a residence on Smith Farm Road, where sources say two women were found stabbed to death.  A third person was also found with stab wounds.  That person was airlifted to Greenville Memorial Hospital.  The investigation is in its early stages and no arrests have been made as of Friday evening.  Check wgog.com for updates as they become available.
