Duncan accuses Obama of vain stab to salvage legacy

Jeff Duncan, the Third District South Carolina U-S representative, calls President Obama’s ban against oil leases in both the Arctic and the Atlantic “a vain attempt to salvage a personal legacy for himself.”  And Duncan, Laurens Republican, vows he’ll work with the Trump administration to reverse the ban which Duncan believes would throttle economic and energy security.  Duncan also lambasted Democrat Obama for the use of a vague and untested section of the 1953 Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act.
