Early social returns

An early look at social media does not support the conclusion of the solicitor that no state charges are warranted against Seneca policeman Mark Tiller.  And those who’ve taken to Twitter and Facebook to comment on today’s decision by Solicitor Adams indicate they have watched the video and listened to the audio recording from the dash cam of Tiller’s police car on July 26.
