Westminster – Mary Evelyn Blackwell Brown, 63, widow of the late Doyle Hurlet Brown, 408 S Hampton Street, passed away Monday, December 19, 2016 at the Cottingham Hospice House.   A graveside service will be held 2:30 pm, Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at First Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1-2 prior at Sandifer Funeral Home.
