Five remaining suspects sought

By mid Friday afternoon, the Oconee Sheriff’s Office still sought five remaining suspects in the drug sweep “Operation Chizel.”  By Friday morning, 19 individuals had been arrested.  “Operation Ice Chizel has been a success so far but we have reached a point in our investigation in which we are seeking our final five suspects and we need the help of the citizens of Oconee County in order to make these final arrests, said Lt. Jeremy Chapman of the Special Operations Division.  Those still wanted were identified by the Sheriff’’s Office as the following Oconee residents:  Randal Joseph Emery, 29, of Seneca; Rebecca Lynn Roberts, 41, of Westminster; Robbie Leigh Eades, 24, of Walhalla; Joseh Eugene Willoughby, 29, of Seneca; and Kimberly S. Justus, 40, of Westminster.  If you know the whereabouts of them, you are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-888/Crime-SC or 864/638-STOP.  You don’t have to give your name and if your tip leads to an arrest, you could be eligible for a cash reward.
