Flood relief effort to be organized in Walhalla

Ministers are uniting in Walhalla to organize a relief effort to benefit South Carolina flood victims.  And one minister, Richard Reams of St. Luke United Methodist, has spoken to Mayor Danny Edwards about city government and the churches supporting a drive to collect all sorts of necessary supplies for those impacted by torrential rain last weekend.  The mayor invited Reams to speak to tonight to the city council, and the minister will be there for the 5:30 City Hall meeting.
