Four in the fray
Latest report shows four Oconeeans are entered in the November election for county school board of trustees. They are District Two candidates Joe Rukat and Steven Moore, District Four candidate Denise McCormick, and District Five candidate Buddy Herring. Qualifying for the three seats remains open until August 11.
