Four people charged with drug and weapons violations

Four Seneca man have been arrested and charged with drug and weapons violations as the result of a traffic stop late last night on the 123 By-Pass.  The city police made the cases and say they confiscated 14 bags of a green leafy material after being drawn to the smell of marijuana in the trunk of their vehicle.
